Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bolo Fitness! We are committed to delivering your products efficiently and affordably. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and options.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays.
After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:
Option A: PAXI (Store-to-Store)
For a convenient and highly affordable option, we use the PAXI store-to-store service.
Cost: A flat rate of R109.95 per parcel.
Delivery Time: 3 - 5 business days to your chosen PAXI collection point.
Parcel Limits: This service is for our standard parcel size (fits in the PAXI standard bag: 45cm x 37cm, up to 5kg). For larger orders, we may need to contact you regarding alternative shipping arrangements.
How the PAXI Service Works:
Select PAXI at Checkout: Choose the PAXI shipping option when you place your order.
Specify Your Collection Point: This is a crucial step. Please find your most convenient PAXI collection point (at participating PEP, Ackermans, Shoe City, or PAXI Point stores) and write the Store Name and Suburb in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. You can find your nearest PAXI point on the PAXI Store Locator.
Dispatch: We will package your order and dispatch it via our local PAXI point.
Notification: You will receive an SMS notification from PAXI as soon as your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen store.
Collection: To collect your parcel, you will need to present the SMS proof of arrival and a valid form of identification (ID book, driver's license, or passport).
Option B: Local Pickup (Free)
Cost: Free
Location: You can collect your order directly from our gym. Please wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready before coming to collect.
Address: 7 Saltana Crescent, Montagu, 6720
Collection Times: During our standard operating hours.
3. General Shipping Information
Shipping Destination: We currently only ship orders within the Republic of South Africa.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor your parcel's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping details (including the correct PAXI point and a valid cell phone number for SMS notifications). Bolo Fitness is not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address or PAXI point provided by the customer.
4. Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bolofitnessmontagu@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging. We will launch an investigation with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
